|FBLA Returns with Honors from State Leadership Conference|

Future Business Leaders of America members and advisers from Warren Township High School returned from the 58th Illinois Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) State Leadership Conference with several awards and recognitions including Outstanding Chapter of the Year.
The conference, held March 26 and 27 at the Decatur Conference Center in Decatur, Illinois, included more than 1,100 members, advisers and guests from 71 Illinois FBLA chapters. The two-day state conference included activities in personal development, business and leadership training, election of 2010-2011 state officers, and competitive events.
Warren students qualifying for the National Leadership Conference held this year in Nashville, Tennessee during the month of July are: Jennifer Aronsohn, Jennifer Gardner, Stephanie Zbiewski, Erin McDougle, Neel Desai, Kyle Alden, Panjri Shukla, Evanthia Tsakos, Sarah Balwierczak, Claire Mason, Kathy Chen, Adam Daniel, Kevin Vollrath, Lauren Furmanski, Erin Wilkerson, Sylvia Chrzanowski, Jilly Gokalgandhi, Kevin O’Neill, Amanda Ricci, Natalie Amrozowicz, William Hennessy, Billy Martinez, Lindsay Brown, Khadjah Kellogg, Tricia Aronsohn, Pavan Gupta, Cara Hearty, and Jennifer Wiseman.

Six of the seven FBLA members from throughout the state of Illinois were awarded the Leader Level Award in the Business Achievement Award Series. The Warren students were: Jennifer Aronsohn, Effie Katsoolias, Billy Martinez, Claire Mason, Panjri Shukla, and Erin Wilkerson.
Warren chapter awards were: Robert T. Stickler Award for Outstanding Chapter in Illinois, first place; Largest Local Chapter Membership, first place; Largest Professional Membership Most Enthusiastic Chapter Gold Seal Award, first place; Most Raffle/50-50 Tickets Sold, first place; Talent Show--Sylvia Chrzanowski, Kevin Glueck, Kevin Klosterman, and Randy Vollrath.
Warren senior Jilly Gokalgandhi is not eligible to compete at the national conference as she is an FBLA national officer. She will have many responsibilities and duties to fulfill at the National Leadership Conference.
